BET.co.za is not liable for any losses you suffer as a result of gambling on our platform, except where those losses are caused directly by our own proven negligence or wilful misconduct. We're not responsible for losses caused by internet outages, device failures, or any circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under South African consumer protection law.
